On our platform, users can search for drivers by name, city, vehicle type, or service keyword. Once you find the right driver, you can call them directly and discuss your travel or delivery requirement — no apps, no commission, no third-party interference. The rent, timing, and details are decided directly between the user and driver — completely flexible and transparent.
CityWheel does not take any percentage or commission from rides. To keep the platform running and verified, we charge drivers a one-time registration fee, after which their profile and contact information are permanently listed on our website. Every registration is processed officially with GST included — we pay all applicable taxes directly to the Government of India.
