This agreement governs your access to and use of CityWheel — a platform provided by Renovation Enterprise (Proprietor N.K.). Please read carefully. By accessing or using the Site or Services you agree to be bound by these Terms.
CityWheel is the brand name of an online platform operated by Renovation Enterprise, a sole proprietorship registered in Roorkee, Uttarakhand (PIN 247667), represented by Proprietor N.K. (“We”, “Us”, or “Company”). “Users” means persons browsing or using the Site to search, contact, favourite, review, or rate drivers. “Drivers” means individuals or businesses who register on CityWheel to list their contact information for users to contact directly. “Site” or “Services” means the website, mobile views, and any features provided by CityWheel.
By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Site or Services.
CityWheel functions solely as a platform to connect users with drivers. The Company does not provide transportation, logistics, or any ride service itself. All negotiations, bookings, price agreements, and contracts for services are directly between the User and the Driver. The Company is not and will not be treated as a party to any contract between a User and a Driver.
Users: Users may create accounts to favourite drivers, post reviews, and rate services. Users must provide accurate information and are responsible for maintaining account security.
Drivers: Drivers register by providing their contact number and verification documents (ID, address proof, vehicle details etc.). Drivers pay a one-time registration fee (inclusive of applicable GST) to list their profile. The Company verifies submitted documents to the extent reasonably practicable but does not guarantee or warrant background checks beyond such verification.
(a) The Platform is free for Users. CityWheel does not charge commissions on rides or transactions between Users and Drivers.
(b) Drivers pay a one-time registration fee to list on the Site. All fees are quoted inclusive of any applicable taxes (including GST). The Company collects and remits applicable taxes to relevant authorities.
(c) Unless expressly stated, registration fees are non-refundable. Any refund or dispute regarding fees will be handled at the Company’s sole discretion and in accordance with applicable law.
CityWheel acts as a conduit for direct communication between Users and Drivers. The Company is not responsible for the quality, legality or safety of services offered by Drivers, and does not guarantee any results. All agreements made, fares negotiated or arrangements concluded between Users and Drivers are the sole responsibility of those parties.
Users may post reviews and ratings. Reviews must be accurate and not defamatory. The Company reserves the right to remove, edit or moderate reviews that violate policies or applicable law. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of user-generated content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company (including its officers, employees and agents) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential losses, or for any loss of profits, loss of business, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with use of the Site or any transaction between a User and a Driver. The Company’s aggregate liability for direct damages shall be limited to the amount of fees (if any) actually paid by the claimant to the Company in the preceding 12 months.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Company from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or claims arising out of your conduct with other Users or Drivers.
All content on the Site including trademarks, logos, design elements, text and graphics are the property of the Company or its licensors. No right, title or interest in the Company’s intellectual property is transferred to you. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without prior written consent.
The Company collects basic information from Drivers for verification and public listing (phone, ID, vehicle details). Users may provide data for account creation, favourites and reviews. We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy (a separate document). By using the Site you consent to such collection and use for verification, listing and communication purposes. We may send transactional or service messages (including via WhatsApp) related to platform use.
The Company may suspend, disable or terminate user accounts, driver listings, or access to the Site at any time for breach of these Terms or for conduct it reasonably believes is harmful, illegal, or fraudulent. Termination does not limit the Company’s right to pursue other remedies available under law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Roorkee, Uttarakhand, India.
The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes on the Site. Continued use of the Site following changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

CityWheel is an intermediary platform that provides a means for Users to find and contact Drivers. The Company neither provides transport services nor guarantees any transaction between Users and Drivers. All terms of service, payment, safety, insurance or compliance with local transport regulations are matters solely between the User and the Driver. The Company expressly disclaims liability for any loss, damage or injury arising from any agreement, act or omission of the Driver or User.
